10 out of 11 vote Perkins Guilford County Commissioner Chairman

With the only NO coming from Billy Yow, Democrat Kirk Perkins was elected as chairman of the Guilford County Commissioners.
As chairman Perkins does not get more voting power, however he does help keep order by running meetings and helping shape the agenda to keep the board on track. Being on track and focused is something that at times seems almost foreign to the Guilford County Commissioners.
